Get Involved

Introduction

Public involvement plays a vital role in each step of this project.  There are numerous opportunities for the public, agency and group representatives, and others to learn about the project and provide input.  This includes Open House meetings, Project Advisory Committee meetings, the project's website, newsletters, flyers, the comment hotline, and other forums and methods.  We want to hear from you!

Open Houses

Open Houses are planned to give the public a continuing opportunity to learn about  this project and provide input.  Three Open Houses have been held since the project's inception in the fall of 2006.  These are described in more detail below.

Open House #2 (June 2007)

  Open House #3 (November 2007)

Project Advisory Committee (PAC)

The Project Advisory Committee is comprised of technical experts, neighborhood and group representatives, and local citizens.  The PAC is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on the project, sharing information between the people they represent and the other PAC members, and making recommendations to Clackamas County.  The public is welcome to observe and, during the public comment period, provide comments at all Project Advisory Committee (PAC) Meetings.

The PAC has been meeting since the project's inception in the fall of 2006.  Links to previous PAC meetings are included below.
